Haley was nominated for the DAISY Award because Haley was very nice and polite. She also seemed happy at her job. She also followed through with asking what medications you were on and if anything had changed. She was not in a hurry to get to her next person and answered any questions I had before M.H. came in. You could tell she was a home town gal and I believe she took pride in her work. She was maybe in the room with me only 10 minutes or so, but as they say, first impressions tell me what kind of a person you really are and she deserves to receive the DAISY Award.
