As a frightened first-time mom in pre-term labor, I appreciated Hannah's warm caring ways so much! Everything was too bright, too new, too confusing, and too hard. Then Hannah became my nurse at the shift change. She cared about how I felt.

On a very discouraging evening when labor was not progressing and I had so much pain, she knelt at my side where I was crying and asked if she can help me. She encouraged me to "keep going" and the baby will come yet and then it will all be worth it. She didn't just say it because it was her job. She meant it. She has a heart as big as a house and when her patient talks, she listens. When her patient hurts, she comforts. And when her patient rejoices, she does too.

Thank You, Hannah, from the bottom of our hearts! We are grateful to you as well as all the staff in Maternity for all they did for us the 3 and 1/2 days I was in labor and the 2 days in recovery. Words can't tell you the depth of our thankfulness for people like you!
