Hannah was the best nurse we have ever had. We're a family full of nurses but we weren't prepared for the CARE my grandson needed. She always told us what she was doing, what she was giving him, and answered all of our questions without blinking an eye. She knows her job and does it exceptionally well. We have adopted her into our family and Thank God for placing her in our path. We had to make the hardest decision about getting our grandson a trach and she rallied up the team and all specialists and we had a meeting which she attended with us holding our hands. She took us step by step and made sure we UNDERSTOOD what was needed and was the BEST patient advocate I've ever met. My grandson got his trach on his first birthday and Hannah came up here on her off day to check on us and make sure, ONCE AGAIN, that we were comfortable with our decision. She was there for all of the 50,000 emotions we went through. She is all around a great nurse, a great person, and a valuable asset to Children's Hospital.
