My 84-year-old father has been in the OR three times this year for various procedures. All three times we were there, Hannah checked him in, got him prepped, etc. and all three times she was a delight! She was patient, kind, engaging, positive, and put my somewhat anxious father at ease. He does not hear well nor see well; Hannah spoke slowly, loudly and respectfully. That may seem like an easy thing, but most people don't. Most simply don't realize just how difficult it is for him to not only hear, but also comprehend. Hannah was extraordinary, and I am recognizing her for the consistently awesome job she does day in and day out.
