I extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Nurse Hawra for the exceptional care that I received during my stay at the hospital. Nurse Hawra always went the extra mile in alleviating my worries and concerns. She was approachable to answer any of my questions and she always provided me with the right resources that I needed. I would like to commend the compassionate care that Hawraa has given to me. She was caring and comforting. The nurse explained clinical guidelines and provided me with clear expectations about my case and condition. The nurse also provided me with refreshments, food, and most time and support. I was very happy with the extraordinary care received from the great nurse and hope her a very happy and successful life.
