Hayley showed so much compassion and patience for my daughter. She came in already being sick for a week - so tired of taking medicines at this point. Every dose she administered, was always a positive experience! She never rushed my daughter (even though it took a while each time she had to mentally get excited) and cheered her on, even encouraging her and even praising her after each dose. She has just been a true breath of fresh air from a really awful week. We will always be thankful and appreciative of her!
