Heather was amazing to my grandmother during her visit in the ED. My grandmother was a sweet woman who would not go out of the house without her lipstick on. Heather went to her own make-up bag and came back with her own personal lipstick to put on my grandmother who passed away in the ED only minutes after Heather applied her lipstick. She did that, but I know she did not have to do that. I want to recognize Heather, and I want you all to recognize her as a nurse that went above and beyond.
