My husband was sent to the ER by his doctor after suffering a heart attack. As everyone on CV2 and CVCC were EXCELLENT and all should be recognized, Heather was his day nurse every day that he was there. She did way above and beyond what her job called for. What a “real” nurse. She was surely called to be a nurse. Her disposition was empathetic, her attention to detail was top-notch if a problem arose, she was quick to solve it, great interpersonal and communication skills, and her diligence was never-ending. Heather is a perfect example of what a nurse should be. Heather is exemplary. She more than deserves the highest praises. All of this and more is why Heather is so deserving of this honor.
