I was full of confusion and scared. My husband and I met Heather Lannen and the concern and compassion were so sincere in her eyes. She not only cared for my new baby boy, but she always made sure my family was okay. She helped me, and my family, get through surgery day and helped us to stay positive and strong for our baby boy. Her knowledge and compassion are beyond admirable, and a trillion "thank you"s would never be enough for all she did for us. I will forever remember her and will tell my son of all the wonderful staff at the hospital.
