I arrived a few days before my actual delivery, due to a weird feeling and Heather was a wonderful support. The next morning, I was happy to see the same nurse. She continued to help me breathe, calm down, feel encouraged and feel like I was doing as much as I could. I really wanted to have a natural birth, but when I realized it wasn’t right, Heather made sure to help me get through it and be comfortable. As soon as she needed to leave, she still made sure that the next nurse knew about my story. Heather was so helpful and encouraging during my first delivery. She put forth the effort to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. She gave me a great sense of safety throughout it all. She was such a great influence.
