Heather greeted me straight out of the OR. She was relaxed, friendly, and willing to help with questions on gestures. She seemed very knowledgeable about the varied questions I had about what to expect after my procedure. Although we didn't spend a lot of time together she made my visit much more relaxed and reassuring.

Heather is absolutely amazing! She is a Charge RN on dayshift which is greatly appreciated by the med surg managers since she is in the float pool. She is a great preceptor. Her easygoing nature is an asset since she works different units. Units will request her to be assigned to their unit because she is such a strong RN.
