To the nurse who does it all when no one else wants to, Heather Parker. Anytime I need help, she is the first to respond. She helps with baths, vitals, turns, etc. She sits and listens to patients' needs and reassures families in their greatest time of need. She involves and encourages all our staff. When I look at Heather, she is the kind of nurse I want to strive to be. Heather is consistent, fair, genuine and humble. I love following her shift because I know my patients had the best!
