Heidi was the most amazing nurse possible! She kept us informed about processes as they transpired which made our anxiety tolerable, and we much appreciated it during a time of need. My husband’s new diagnosis of dementia has led us to unknown expectations. Heidi always assured us that she understood our fears and put them to rest. We hated to leave as we loved her so much!
