Helen Turnbull, RN

Helen greeted me with a smile and a calm demeanor. She explained the pre-surgery preparation and steps articulately and slowly and was sure to leave me time for questions. Helen’s sense of humor and kind nature were welcome in a situation that can be stressful and/or anxiety-inducing. I’ve always had difficult veins for medical staff when drawing blood or prepping an IV, and Helen was very professional and humble about her skill, especially when she recognized that perhaps another nurse would be able to find a vein with a little more ease than herself. I was just fine with her attempts, and have so much respect for her to set aside what could be ego-driven and ask for help. AWESOME LADY!
