Holly did an excellent job of taking care of a family in the ED who just lost a family member in a car accident. A mother lost her daughter, and three young children lost their mother. Holly was compassionate and understanding with them all; she did everything she could to try to help them at this tragic time. She bought pizza out of her own pocket for the children, who had been patiently waiting hours in the waiting room for other family members to arrive; the little boy was so excited about his pizza.
The family was very thankful for Holly and all that she did. She maintained her professionalism and confidence while still caring for other patients. She has a heart of gold.
