I recently had outpatient total knee arthroplasty at TMH, and from the time I walked in the door at 5 a.m. I received nothing short of exceptional care. From the emergency room attendant to the surgical nurses, doctors, and specialists, I was pleased with the quality of care. I would like to especially thank nurse Holly Wagahoft for her professionalism, concern, thoroughness, and friendliness during my stay. Holly was informative in every way during each step of the procedure. Holly detailed each and every question and bullet point that she was to bring to my attention before surgery. After the procedure, Holly was there again doing her thing providing exceptional care. Of special note, my procedure occurred on my wife and my 33rd wedding anniversary! Of course, after my procedure my wife stepped out of the recovery room to grab nourishment. During this brief time, Ms. Holly went out of her way to leave the room, and upon her return, she brought my wife and me a beautiful, thoughtful vase of bright sunflowers to commemorate our special day! What a special moment! I want to thank team TMH for making my day as good as could be! Please know that what made my day most memorable were the people, your staff, going above and beyond to provide unwavered, exceptional care. It's not the building, the new equipment, the spotless floors, or the color of the paint, but it is the people!!! Thank you for being there for me!
