Working nightshift can be a daunting time - waking up physicians to obtain orders can often be met with intimidating tones and unnerving questions, however, Hong takes it all in stride. She will stop at nothing to get her patients the treatment they need as well as the answers they want. Hong is often the charge nurse on 4 West and takes on the role with genuine determination.
