Hope was my nurse for two full days. I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and help. She was very friendly, professional, and results-oriented, and had excellent follow-up and customer service skills. She is an absolutely delightful person and nurse and OSF is so lucky to have her as part of their team! Thank you for your excellent services, Hope.
