Imad demonstrates a meaningful connection with every patient. He is often recognized by his patients and families via post-op phone calls and patient experience survey responses; recently a patient sent a letter of appreciation to our CEO, recognizing Imad for his professionalism, understanding, and caring manner.

Imad quickly establishes a relationship and often takes the time to round on the patients that have been admitted. One evening (after clocking out), he found an elderly family member in the waiting room, long after the patient had been admitted to the ICU. He escorted her to the ICU, so she could visit with her husband and then waited for her, so he could walk to her car.

In collaboration with our team and surgeon, Imad took the lead to provide an exceptional experience for a patient and family that needed service recovery. Imad managed the needs of the family, letting them participate and lead in the care, he was able to honor their requests. His grace in handling this situation directly impacted the patient/family experience, and the team received 10/10 on the survey!

Imad easily connects with his patients and families, making them feel safe and cared for. Patients often ask for Imad if they are coming back for surgery. Surgical Services and North Fulton are very fortunate to have Imad represent their Vision, Mission, and Values.
