Irene is very attentive to my needs. She knows the things that I like. Even though I don’t have a family, she treats me like family. She cares from her heart. You know it’s strange, I don’t trust easily. But I trust Irene so much. She knows what to do. She makes me feel comfortable. I can sleep comfortably at night because she makes my day better. If I need something, she knows what I need. I can tell she loves her job. One day I took a shower, and I made a mess. Some people questioned the mess in the bathroom. Irene did not say that it is from me, and she cleaned the shower. She never said anything negative about me. The thoughtful
actions that she displays are very genuine. She reminds me of my appointments, and she is concerned with my health by advising what is right for me. Irene is polite and very courteous not only to me but to all other patients as well.
