I was in the hospital with pneumonia for a few days. Jacilyn was assigned my Home Health nurse. I have appreciated the attention given to my health.
When I asked a question she answered it in a very understanding way. She kept our appointments on time. If she was going to be late, she called ahead of time.
My wife and family appreciated the care I received. She explained to me what to do and what a heart attack is, high blood pressure and healthy oxygen level and how to treat each one, and how to handle each one.
