Jacilyn Hongess 2, RN

She is so kind and friendly and caring to me. She explains what she is going to do and why and answers any questions I have. She has gone over my medications several times and tells me why I am taking them and what they are doing for me. This is something I really appreciated because not everyone takes the time to do that. She answers all my questions and just listens to my problems with my health or other things I worry about... she works very hard every day with lots of patients and gives us all her time and patience and love.
