Jackie has been the cardiac nurse for my husband for several admissions. He has many complex medical situations plus an LVAD! Each day she has been with my husband she has noticed small situations in addition to the larger issues. Plus, she is always very kind and caring along with being very professional.
Her keen awareness recently really helped prevent a super serious medical situation. My husband had a surgical procedure and seemed to come through it just fine. But when Jackie came to his room the next morning she realized something was very wrong and my husband was not himself. She immediately alerted his doctors and this ended up with him having a bad blood infection which could have been much worse for him if not for her quick action and keen eyes!
Jackie continued to check on both of us, even when she wasn't my husband's nurse. What a delightful, pleasant, caring professional she is!
