As a Clinical III Nurse, Jackie fosters commitment through collegial support of shared governance, clinical competency teaching, and most recently reaching out to local skilled nursing facilities, teaching stroke education, safe postoperative surgical care and hand hygiene compliance initiatives. She was well received in the community at health fairs and has been asked to educate nursing teams at our local post acute care facilities.
