I brought my son to the ER for a possible pink eye infection. Jacky was our nurse from the moment we met to the end of the visit – which included an unexpected IV & CT scan. She was patient, so kind, friendly, and did amazing at explaining things to my son so he could understand. She was being very relatable and made us laugh despite our nerves. This was truly the best practice ER experience we ever had even while feeling scared. My son and I were treated like more than a number on a chart, more than patients, but as a mother and son. This made a world of difference in what can be a very stressful process. I wish I had more words to elaborate my gratitude. Thank you so much for your sincere bedside manner, professionalism and kindness!
