My grandmother has been in and out of the hospital for the past few years. Most recently, her health took a turn for the worse. With all of the uncertainty of what is going to happen, my whole family found comfort in Jaclyn.

She has been available around the clock, taking the most professional yet gentle care of my grandma. When we do not understand what is going on, she is there to explain it to us. There is something about Jaclyn that just makes you feel better, she demonstrates a sense of care that eases the worry. Jaclyn treated my grandma like she was her family, when we pressed the call button she was there right away. I’ll always remember the comfort she provided my family, how she answered all our questions, how she tended to my grandma.

She brings the human caring touch to nursing and we are eternally grateful for her.
