Jacob gave me fantastic care. When I was in crisis in chest pain he would come fast to help me and he kept the whole team focused on saving my life. I will never forget the excellent care that Jacob provided. He was attentive to my every need. His caring and compassionate attitude is a shining example to other nurses on how to make life-threatening events much more manageable. I will be forever indebted to him and the entire team in the heart area. Thank you from the bottom of my newly fixed heart.
