Jacquie has been amazing helping me and my family through a very scary time. When I was being medevac'd to Anchorage for emergency open heart surgery, she immediately looked for my wife to make sure she was not alone, and Jacquie made certain she personally got my kids to me to say goodbye before I left. Jacquie kept tabs on me through my wife while I was in Anchorage and she made certain my wife knew she had someone she could talk to while I was in the hospital. When I returned from Anchorage, Jacquie made certain we knew that we could ask her anything and she would help with answers or find answers if she didn't know. She would call and check on me at home and she would check on me at Cardiac Rehab. If I had something that needed attention, she would get me in for an appointment that day, and make certain our concerns were addressed. Jacquie has gone above and beyond to help me and my family through one of the most terrifying and stressful things we have had to deal with. She has been an absolute joy. Uplifting spirits with her humor and jokes and amazing energy. We are very grateful for the team who saved my life, but Jacquie made an exceptional difference. She is an amazing woman! We feel proud that we got to have her as part of our treatment team, and we are thankful and very fortunate.
