Jade was encouraging when I had difficulty feeding my daughter during our stay. She educated me on what was going on and solutions to help.
Jade Mccoy truly shows that she is competent about her job and she cares about her patient. She was very attentive to the needs of my family, especially for my pain management. It didn’t matter if she had to visit our room 20 times, she always came in with a positive attitude. I can tell by her eyes that she has a smile behind her mask. Anytime we had questions, she answered them or got the answer from another staff member. She was encouraging when I had difficulty feeding my daughter during our stay. She educated me on what was going on and solutions to help. Never once did I feel discouraged because Jade was so helpful. She taught us an alternative way to feed our daughter and it worked! I also loved that she thoroughly explained anything she was going to do or what was a part of my health plan. She always asked at least 3 times if we needed anything anytime she entered the room. I do hope more patients are to experience the same level of care I received from Jade during my stay.
