James was very compassionate and patient. I was very scared and do not tolerate pain well. He described everything he had to do with my catheter and my injections and medications in detail. He was very calming and made me feel like I was important and not just another patient. He was kind to my family as well and made us feel included in every step of my treatment. He made me feel safe during a very scary time. He made my experience at Cooper University a very caring and easy time. I would highly recommend Cooper University Oncology Hospital, all of its staff were kind and caring from my 1st consultation right through to my surgery.
