Nurse Jamilah is a hard-working, conscientious nurse who always puts her patients first. She was able to calm a very emotional patient down who was stressed because she thought that she had missed her appointment with the Dr. The patient had experienced a personal tragedy that day and this delayed her getting to the clinic on time. Nurse Jamilah reassured the patient and kept the patient informed about the options she had to see the Dr. After a short wait the patient was able to see the Dr. She was very satisfied with the personal attention Nurse Jamilah offered to her in her situation during a very busy clinic day.
