My wife came in for her annual physical check-up. Due to traffic, we came in and were admitted way past our scheduled appointment time. As a result, some of the scheduled test procedures had to be rescheduled. There were many patients then at the Wellness Center (which is an undisputable stamp approval and preference of highly discerning target market for such Wellness services). Fred was genuinely caring and concerned for others. As a result of his self-initiated actions, all of my wife's procedures very smoothly, as if we had actually arrived on time. Fred went the extra mile and always with a warm smile. Fred is truly an asset to the SLMC organization and his actions speak very well of the quality of the management team and the excellent leadership they provide. Thank you Fred.
