Jane consistently takes into account the needs of patients by listening to their fears and concerns when scheduling and providing instructions for patients who need cardiac diagnostic testing and interventional procedures. She provides information about procedures in a way that is understandable and takes steps to develop and update the comprehensive information that is given to patients to use as a reference when preparing for their procedure. She does daily discussions of cases to schedule, including any special needs/circumstances.
