Janet is a wonderful human being who would be an outstanding asset to any medical team! She is an outstanding caring nurse who exudes professionalism and decisive character. A nurse who shows superior knowledge and skill in the patients' room. She has an outstanding work ethic, showing never-ending diligence, many clinical skills all the while using outstanding interpersonal skills and a superior bedside manner. Her attention to detail, take-charge attitude as well as quick problem-solving abilities all with action-oriented character, showing much empathy and compassion. She has a wonderful cheery disposition and welcoming personality.
While waiting for my partner to return from surgery, nurse Keech came and saw me sitting in a chair. She stopped and peeked into the room and related that my partner would be up from the recovery room in a few minutes. When they wheeled my friend into the room from his extensive back surgery, I was amazed by the character, professionalism, and knowledge of nurse Keech. From the moment my friend was wheeled into the room, she sprang into action. She commanded and took charge of the room. There was not a thing that she didn't overlook. It was within minutes that my friend was hooked up and taken care of all the while taking charge, talking with him about all that they were doing if he was ok, did he need anything, and was reassuring him that everything looked good, how well he was doing, and how well everything looked.
