Janet Kline demonstrated professionalism from our first encounter with her. She was training a new RN who was also caring for our son. Her high level of medical knowledge became very apparent as she trained, educated, and coached the new nurse. We requested that Janet be our nurse as often as possible. She went above and beyond her requirements as our nurse daily. Our son is a complicated patient with many unknown symptoms that are hard to treat. Janet researched possible solutions and genuinely cared about his recovery and well-being. She was smart and prepared for things.
For example, she tested a certain drug ahead of time because she didn't think it would fit down G's NG tube, and she was right. Saving us time, which was critical. Janet was the only nurse I trusted to care for G in my absence and to an exhausted parent, this was priceless. I knew she would be gentle, caring, and concerned. She called me numerous times to let me know how everything was going and it gave me confidence in trusting her.
Janet smiled when we succeed and improved and felt a heavy heart when we took a step back. Janet combines excellent knowledge, skills, experience, and care into a superb hospital experience. I recommend having Janet train as many nurses as you can. We love her.
