Janet was my nurse for two nights, I came to run the wine and dine at Disney and ended up in the hospital. Many tests were run and I was scared, with no positive results from doctors. Janet saw I was frightened and comforted me. She did extra little things to keep me calm. It seemed like everything was going wrong with my stay. It was chaotic. I was unaware of hospital features, who to call or how to call. She took the time to explain the features offered here. I was so sick and nervous to the point of panic. My food menu was challenging. Janet made me tea at night to comfort me. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. She was so nice to me and she made sure I was taken care of. She made sure I rested with minimum interruptions. She gave products offered by the hospital. She is so compassionate with such a sweet disposition. I wanted to take the time to let you know what a special employee you have. She was so pleasant to be around I wanted her to be recognized for her dedicated service to this hospital. Janet is a gem.
