In April, I brought my infant son to Capital Health. He had labored breathing and a fast respiratory rate. They found he had two respiratory viruses and required oxygen support. He had to be transferred to Children Hospital of Philadelphia for additional monitoring. This was obviously a stressful time and Janice was extremely kind to my husband and me, and was committed to providing excellent care to our son.

Janice checked on us often and was always available when we had questions. She was so respectful and caring with all that needed to happen. She advocated for his care and for us, and coordinated with many people to ensure everything was being done for our son. She even made sure my husband and I received food. Thank you Janice for the wonderful care you provided and helping us through this difficult day. As a nurse myself, I really appreciate the care provided to us.
