Immediately upon introducing herself to my husband and me, Jean made us feel like we were in very good hands. She's very caring and compassionate yet professional and very oriented. These attributes are extremely important to me as my husband is what I consider a fragile patient with many ailments. Jean took the time to listen, understand, and treat us as if we were family members. When dialysis didn't show up on time, she tracked the RN down and gave us updates on the tech for an EEG. In the 72 hours under St. Rose Siena's roof, she was the highlight of our stay and worked diligently to help us get released sooner than later.
