Actually, the whole staff was excellent. From my arrival, on Tuesday, all the emergency room staff were very good at doing their respective jobs.
I first met Jean on Friday, right from the beginning she not only introduced herself but also proceeded to "outline" her daily routine and how I fit into it. I was and continued to be impressed. Also, she would take the time to talk to me and became a sounding board for issues I was having, very thoughtful and helpful.
I also believe she went above and beyond to help me, and she was my advocate. I appreciate everything she did for me and all her help as my nurse for three days. Since I also shared my feelings I've had towards your staff, doctors, nurses, techs, CNA's, etc., I believe you know, that I strongly urge a DAISY Award for Jean.
Jean's medical knowledge, skill level & experience was shown and proven over and over during her time with me. Everything seemed to click with her. She always came ready to go and with a lot of energy, even though she had other patients. I felt she did her job above and beyond. All the "normal" duties and those that I believe was above and beyond.
Thank you, Jean, and thank you to all Banner Boswell staff members. I appreciate your service and professionalism; it meant a lot to me.
