Jean was my second shift nurse from 7 pm-1 am. She was by far the best nurse I've ever had in my whole life. She kept calling us friends. She never was late and always took her time with me. She was probably the nurse with the best bedside manner I've ever met. She helped me feel comfortable in every aspect. She was so sweet and explained everything she was doing. She even treated my husband, when he stayed with me, so kindly. Helping with warm blankets and answering all questions, she went above and beyond. I can say if every nurse was like her and treated their patients to these extremes, every hospital stay would be above and beyond 10-star! I'm blessed to have met such an amazing nurse, woman, and friend.

Jean arrived with a super-positive attitude, a big smile and a most professional approach. She was so very kind, helpful, and informative to me and my sister, who was with me. She always returned at the exact time she promised. My experience here was a memorable time, considering being in the hospital and all. Every single person I met was so very nice and courteous. I am blessed and fortunate to have had my knee replacement here. Great staff!

Jean was very attentive! She was nice, understanding, and very gentle. She was very funny and made my nights more comfortable by talking me through the steps she needed to.
