After all my visits to the hospital, this visit helped to put my heart and mind at ease. Knowing that there are still people here in the medical field who truly care about their patients to take time to make their lives better by being just human and truly compassionate in the care of total strangers. Thank you and God Bless you Jean, you have done a wonderful job.

...

My husband has been in and out of the hospital all year for his asthma and every time we've come it's gotten harder on his health and although I am so very blessed he has made it through, he keeps getting worse and coming back. This time has been a complete change. For the first time, we were educated and had explanations from A to Z on every little and big detail on my husbands condition and how to continue to treat him when he gets out to get his asthma under control. And other medical issues he has been having that we had no knowledge was occurring during each stay.

We had no knowledge of a lot of issues he was having creating more sickness. Jean was the first nurse to take time to explain and educate my husband and me on everything and helped us develop a plan to get his conditions under control. She took time, answered every question and concern we had. Her kindness and caring for us went beyond her job. I feel she has been a blessing sent straight from God, not only to save my husbands life this time but I believe she has made it possible to keep him alive and saved his future life.

I've been a nervous wreck the whole time I've been here but she continuously checked on me and helped me through this hard time. She eased my pain and stress. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and cared for with the biggest heart. Meeting her and having her care for my husband was a blessing from heaven. I have no way to repay her kindness and valuable time but this. I wish I could show her just how much her time and heart mean, please let her know I appreciate everything she has done for us and give her my deepest thank you. You are more than a nurse Jean, you are an angel. Thank you, thank you, God Bless you Jean.

PS, every time I smell cinnamon, from now on, I'll remember her kindness and compassion it will be a reminder Gods Angels are here on earth.
