Jeanine helped organize my patient to go home on hospice.
I came into her office right before she was to leave for the day at 4:00 pm and asked her the possibility of this patient being able to go home. She stayed late to help me and worked all her magic. She got him a ride, prescriptions, and hospice care all within the hour, which is just incredible. It meant so much to the patient, his family, and me that he was able to pass with dignity at his home.
I truly appreciate her so much for making the impossible happen. Thank you so much, Jeanine. You are amazing!
