Jeff is such a compassionate nurse. Tirelessly, he cared for P over a period of weeks while here at Norfolk General Hospital. His gentleness and knowledge are evident in his thoughtful,  thorough assessment of my husband’s care. Jeff was firm when he needed to be realistic about expectations.

The main reason we connected with Jeff was his personal compassion and empathy for my husband. He shared some of his personal struggles with health issues and helped P feel at ease and understand what to expect for healing and future progress. Jeff was always positive, had great energy, and quite often went out of his way to make P feel comfortable. This showed in his long hours and attention to detail. What a pleasure to have Jeff for a great many nights. As P’s wife staying overnight, I could rest comfortably knowing that a very caring, kind compassionate caregiver had my husband’s best interest at heart. Thank you, Jeff.
