Jena was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and very open and courteous. My veins like to roll on me, but I've had the luck to have her in the vicinity when others had a slight problem. She was able to locate and start an IV on me on a couple of occasions.
She is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain my care options to me. She supplied me with hygiene and made sure that I had all that I needed. I even asked on a couple of occasions if she would check my sugar, and she was Johnny on the spot. My blood pressure numbers are a little high and she has been over and beyond reassuring me that things were fine. She was on top of my care the whole time.
She was a blessing to my care here. She's a Super Star!
