Jency Abraham, BSN, RN

This nurse is unlike any leader I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is kind, open, supportive, comforting, and so much more. When she started in our department, she instantly created a positive environment. A place where staff feels comfortable coming to leadership. On top of her positive impact on the staff, she has also had a positive impact on our patients. She goes the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. She is what a nurse should be, and that makes her a wonderful leader. I am so thankful to have met and continue to work with her. As I started in my first leadership role in my career, any time I ever felt like I needed help, support, reassurance, or just someone to talk to, I knew Jency would be there for me. And she still is. I can’t thank her enough.
