Nurses are the backbone of our healthcare system, and they play an essential role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in need. This year's Nursing Leader of the Year is an outstanding example of what it means to be a truly exceptional nurse and nursing manager.
Jenille is the nursing manager of Preop, PACU, and Preadmit testing, and has been described by colleagues and patients alike as someone who is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everyone receives the best possible care. She has a deep commitment to her patients and their families, and she is known for her kindness, compassion, and exceptional clinical skills.
As a nursing manager, she is a true leader, and she works collaboratively with her colleagues to ensure that every patient receives the care they need. She has implemented new policies and procedures that have improved patient outcomes, and she is always looking for ways to innovate and improve the care that her unit provides. She is a passionate advocate for her patients and staff, and she works tirelessly to ensure that their voices are heard and their needs are met. She has created a culture of excellence in her unit, and her colleagues look up to her as a role model.

She has been instrumental in mentoring and training the next generation of nurses and budding nursing leaders, and she is a respected leader at Greater Heights.
