Let me start by saying that I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer.

She is a great leader - things always seem to flow better when she is at work. She is organized, professional, thorough and a major team player. She is always willing to help no matter how busy she is and maintains a cool, calm demeanor even when things are crazy.

This calmness rubs off on everyone else, which is why things seem to flow so well while she is in charge. She is always so knowledgeable, a great resource and if she doesn't know the answer she will look into it until she finds the answer.

This goes without saying, but she is an excellent nurse. Her patient's always get the best care and are well informed. She is compassionate and always an advocate for her patients. She is a great role model for all of us.
