Jennifer Baguma, RN

I have had several medical problems this past winter. This RN always asks lots of questions and makes sure records are properly updated (it seems they had not been properly updated in nearly 4 years, according to the medications I currently take). She went above and beyond recently and sought the Dr. at the clinic to get me much-needed appointments at a GI doctor instead of just putting me "in the system" and leaving me waiting endlessly, as is the case on a regular basis. This RN seems genuinely concerned that patients be seen promptly and at a reasonable time. It has been very nice to be regarded with respect and treated as if I deserve the care ALWAYS.
