She is a silent giver within our clinic. The clinic has been short an RN position since November, she has taken on the extra responsibilities with a positive outlook and attitude. She has a very strong work ethic. She has excellent critical thinking skills and organizes her day to make it look like everything she is doing is easy. She is a lead staff for anticoagulation, Holter monitoring, medication refills, monitoring Home Health Certification, and various other needs as they are identified. She is also working on her BSN, with an end goal to be a Nurse Practioner. In the two years, she has been at Lakeland Clinic, she has mastered IV therapy as she is always up for a challenging IV start. She is a silent giver who is always positive, completing what needs to be done without asking for help. She has worked hard to keep up with the needs of the clinic as the only RN meeting all the needs of the providers. She is an exceptional person and very deserving of this award as a role model in nursing.
