Jennifer always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude - no matter what is happening in the department. She sets an excellent example of always going above and beyond regarding attitude and professional behaviors and is an excellent example of how to be accountable. Jennifer treats her team fairly and ethically. She respects both her staff as well as the patients and communicates with people in a manner that makes them realize how important they are, and they have a great purpose. Jennifer has an awesome sense of humor and turns even the worst days into good ones and promotes our goals as a TEAM and never leaves anyone out. Everything she says about our improvements includes our team working together. She is the "image of a great nurse," and what nursing is about no matter where she working. She sets an example of how wonderful nursing is when she is attending meetings, working on the unit or in public. Jennifer puts a smile on everyone's face in the morning bed meetings with her positive outlook and she has an infectious smile and greets all she meets as if they are her best friend. She has brought extreme positivity back to the unit and brought a "great attitude" to the nurses.
